Your club, on the web: anyone can book and pay from the browser
Version 3.0.0 takes Reserving beyond mobile: each club has its public page at reserving.app with gallery, features, and prices, and anyone can book and pay from the browser —with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay— without installing the app. Also new: group bookings with QR passes scanned at the door, availability calendar for admins, international payments in each club's currency, and an optional web account with password, magic link, Google, or Apple.
Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the counter that no longer asks for your card
Version 2.1.0 brings Apple Pay and Google Pay to all app charges: bookings, passes, and registrations. Save your card once and it works in any organization, payment is confirmed without leaving the screen, and the pass appears instantly. At the counter, the club sends the request and you confirm it on your phone. Also, an unpaid booking no longer opens the door, canceling within the period refunds, and on Android, email links open the app.
Create your organization by talking to an assistant
Setting up an organization in Reserving is no longer about filling out a form: you tell an assistant what you offer, and it proposes the complete configuration — schedules, capacities, prices, and booking rules — you review it on a single screen, and your organization is published and ready to receive bookings. This version also adds section-based privacy, bookings on behalf of a member with cash payment, and respect for the cancellation deadline.
Classes and sessions with capacity, real-time panel and QR access
Reserving introduces sessions with limited spots and automatic waiting list, a panel that updates instantly, and a faster way to join an organization via QR code.
Easier email verification and a clearer time picker when booking
This version makes it easier to verify your email so your organizations appear in Discover, unifies the time picker when booking, and polishes resource editing.
